Step I: Pre-event Organization
The school expressed interest in participating in the screening and contacted the team to discuss and clarify the details.
Step II: Participant Recruitment
Create a school account and request that the school distribute the registration letter. Parents scan the QR code, fill in the information, and complete the registration.
Step III: On-site Screening
Students participate in on-site screenings organized by QMH and HKUMed specialists using their registration information.
Step IV: View Results
Authorized personnel at the school may view the reports and statistical results.
Step V: Distribution Results
Screening results will be distributed by authorized personnel at the school, and electronic referrals will be provided to potential patients via AlignPro to the HKUMed Health System.
